We're so excited to share our newest monthly gathering at The Folded Leaf! Chosen Family Book Club is a space for queer readers and allies to come together, talk books, and build community. We'll be reading queer authors and stories, from beloved classics to brand-new releases.

We'll meet the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm, starting Wednesday, November 4. It's completely free, and everyone is welcome whether you finished the book, skimmed it, or just want to hang out with good people.

Our first pick is Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin. It's a short, gorgeous classic, so there's plenty of time to read it before we meet! Copies are available at the shop.
